Administrative and office staff include a number of very important positions at the Forestburgh Playhouse, including Company Manager, Business Manager, and Box Office associates. All of these positions work closely with the Producing Director.
The Company Manager is responsible for addressing the needs of the company regarding housing, transportation, food, and scheduling, as well as handling any day to day issues or emergencies that may arise. This individual need to be mature, highly organized, and be someone who likes to work with and take care of people. High company morale is an important value at the Playhouse, and highly competent and caring Company Manager is critical to the success of the summer.
Box Office Associates are the principal point of contact between the public and the Playhouse, and as a result need excellent interpersonal skills and a warm personal manner. They also need organizational and computer skills, and need the ability to give great attention to detail.
All office positions could also benefit from a willing attitude and a warm smile. The Company Manager receives a negotiable salary, as well as housing and transportation from New York City. Box Office associates are paid but not housed since they are usually local students.

Seeking Production Assistants and Interns: The Playhouse is seeking younger college students interested in Arts Administration/Management, Stage Management and in the various technical departments to serve as Production Assistants and Interns. These positions will receive a nominal salary or school credit, when applicable, housing, all meals provided and a transportation stipend.
