Gift Certificate Policy
Plan ahead! Please inform the recipient of a Forestburgh Playhouse Gift Certificate not to wait until the last minute to redeem their Gift Certificate. Each Gift Certificate has a clearly marked expiration date at the bottom of the Gift Certificate. Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed after the expiration date. In addition, seating is subject to availability and not guaranteed until the order is placed. If a particular performance is sold out, our Box Office Staff will assist the Gift Certificate redeemer in choosing an alternate performance. No refunds for Gift Certificates are permitted at the Forestburgh Playhouse. If you are unable to use your Gift Certificate, you may transfer it to a friend—your friend must present the Gift Certificate at the Box Office in order to redeem it. Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed after the expiration date.
