Dedicated to the cultural enrichment and education of those interested in the Performing Arts
The Forestburgh Playhouse Academy offers arts education programs that are designed to enrich and provide the highest level of artistic growth to students with a passion for the performing arts. With the mentorship of NYC based, working theatre professionals, a supportive and safe environment and unique programming that is linked to the professional, Forestburgh Playhouse stage, the artistic possibilities for Academy students are endless! Academy 2027
Friday July 9th-Friday July 16th
9am-5pm (all days including weekends)
Ages: 8-12
Tuition: $500
Our beloved one-week Musical Theatre Ensemble Experience is back—bigger than ever! Designed for Young Artists ages 8–12 who love to sing, dance, and perform, this immersive musical theatre program provides one-on-one mentoring from professional teaching artists from across the country. Each session culminates in a fully staged performance for family and friends to enjoy. New for 2027: The Musical Theatre Ensemble Experience will offer two one-week sessions, each featuring a different show. Young Artists can choose the session that works best for them or register for both weeks to experience two unique productions and continue building their skills all summer long.
